Rejection is a Blessing in Disguise
We all know rejection hurts. Rejection can range from a job position to a school to even a relationship. Or when you ask Mom/Dad for something and he/she says no, he/she is doing it for your own good (most likely). My point is rejection is everywhere and sometimes it can sting a little or it can feel like a big punch in the stomach. Here is how I deal with rejection, I think about life as a big timeline. Everything is set in stone and what is meant to be will happen. For instance, if you didn't into a certain school or didn't get a certain job try to think on the upsides. Say that the job had a rude boss and not so good pay; I am pretty sure you wouldn't want to deal with that. But on another note, rejection helps us get "thick skin". Without thick skin we would let the smallest things in life bother us. Good luck and most of all stay positive :)!

Mistakes are Lessons
Here is something I have learned:
Mistakes are lessons move on, come up with a plan and do better next time. Mistakes can be viewed as negative. But always turn it into something positive. But don't make it sound like that mistake is fine and that you don't have to learn from it. Just learn from your mistake and move on because you can make it up (usually). You just have to think about how to make it up and how you can learn from it!
I know that was some pretty cheesy advice but it is true. Just learn and move on. Stay positive because I know you can do it! :)

Life is What You Want it to Be
Life has its ups and downs. Life can be happy or sad. Life can be frustrating. I don't want to sound like I am preaching but, look at the ups in life. Look forward to whats coming up in the future. Listen to your favorite music. In the past, I have wanted to give up on things that seemed impossible to deal with. For instance, I have had a lot of rough days but, I try my best to look past it and distract myself from the fact that this certain day was a bad day. Try highlighting the good points in life. It doesn't have to show on your face to show that if you had a good day or not. Actions are more obvious than words. Keep your head up high and keep moving forward!
