How to De-Stress


Stress is a feeling that is tiring and frustrating. At times, I personally wish that stress wouldn't exist but, then again where would some motivation come from? Here are some of the things that help me de-stress my life:
1. Take a walk or do something to get your mind off of what is stressing you out.
2. Lay down and ponder about how you can help resolve your stress.
3. Exercise
4. Focus on something different (Like homework or something fun).
5. Take a deep breath and face it head on (This is my last resort if these above options don't work).
Honestly, you can't avoid stress (sadly). Sometimes you just have to face that stress will be forever in your life. I know that doesn't sound positive but how about this, turn that stress into motivation to help you. Then after you are done with what you are stressed about, reward yourself with ice cream or a book, something healthy. I hope this helps out! Stay Positive! :)
