Having a positive attitude all the time is an extremely hard task, especially on those days where you just want to give up. One of the main things on staying happy is just accepting that those bad days are going to be there and that you won't let them bother you. Now, not letting bad things bother you is SUPER hard. Another thing on staying positive is to let your emotions out. But I would suggest doing it in private or with a person you trust. Know that it is okay to cry. Crying is just a way to relieve stress and it just feels good to let it out. NEVER keep your emotions cooped up inside. Address the problem how it is. The more you keep these emotions cooped up the more likely you are to explode with anger or just be negative. So just remember that it is okay to let your emotions out. One of my favorite ways of trying to maintain a positive attitude is to just address the problem, think about what can you do about it, and address it in baby steps. When you address your problem in baby steps it (sometimes) is solved a bit quicker. Now every problem has a different size but solving it in baby steps can help you think straight and it can be organized. When trying to be positive you also have to think that you are good enough. When people think that they are good enough their confidence grows and it's just a new way of seeing that person. They have a positive aura. Being around people like this can also have an effect on you because people learn from other people; when you are around positive and confident people it can rub off on you and it can help boost you up! Another thing I wanted to mention was is that, you don't have to stay positive all of the time. Well, that's obvious but like I said, it's okay to show how you feel. Just try your best not to wear your heart on your sleeve. For me, it is hard not to do that because well (I admit it), I can be a sensitive person. We live in a world that is surrounded by negativity but we can also make this world positive by working in baby steps to become positive people.
