There are times in our life when we need to cry. Crying helps relieve stress. Don't be afraid to cry if you feel like it. Talk to someone about how you feel. Don't coop up all these feelings or else someday you might get overwhelmed with all of these feelings and mentally explode. Everyone cries so if you are embarrassed, know that everyone cries and that it is natural. Life can be stressful and can be very frustrating. If are ever sad don't be afraid to cry and try to keep your head up high! You can do it! Stay positive :)!
