Coping with a Liar

Has anyone cheated you out of something? Has someone ever lied to you? Has that ever frustrated you? (Me personally) Lying to someone is one of the worst things a person can do to someone else. It not only ruins that trust with that one person but, it also ruins the friendship/relationship. Now someone might say, "What if you are lying for a good reason"? Well to answer that, there is no good reason to lie. Remember this, a lie will always be brought to the light. In the past,  I have dealt with a couple of liars. There is the one that is in denial about lying and the one liar that thinks that the lie is true. Here is a suggestion, if you are confronted with a liar, call them out on it (but choose your battles)! Usually, a liar will never admit that they lied but, in rare cases, they will. Here are some signs that someone is lying:
1. They start sweating.
2. They start rubbing their hands or neck.
3. They cover their mouth (or face).
4. They pause when they talk.
5.  They don't look you in the eye.
A liar will come up with excuses but always know that you are the one that knows the truth and that the person who lied well, their lie will bite them in the behind later. Also, don't buy into their lie, although it may sound better than the truth, don't do it. You are lying to yourself if you believe it. Just remember to never let your guard down and to stay positive! :)
