Feeling invisible is not a very good feeling. It can be hard, especially when you are needing to talk to someone but you can't find anyone because they treat you like you don't exist. What also hurts is that feeling of not feeling good enough for people to notice you. I can empathize with you because feeling alone hurts. So today I have some tips that have helped me get through feeling invisible.
Tip #1- Try to find a group of people or a person that you think would care about you. Branch out to different people you would like to be around.
Tip #2- In the process of trying to find someone, distract yourself with a book, work, or something productive (make sure what you are doing builds you up instead of breaking you down). Try to distract yourself from the bad thoughts or the emotion of not feeling good enough.
Tip #3- Be comfortable with yourself. Try some confidence building activities or think positively about yourself. Feel that you can be good enough.
Tip #4- Think happy thoughts! It's not easy finding "true" friends. Think thoughts that you are a good person or goals you want to achieve in the future.
I hope these tips will help you out and I also hope you remember to stay positive!
